We would like to welcome the 39 new members who chose to open accounts with us here in MPCC Credit Union during April. Also, we have never stopped lending to our loyal members, even when other financial institutions did, and in April, we issued €433,000 in loans to 104 happy & satisfied members. We are always here for our members.

The Board of MPCC Credit Union has made the decision that from May 9 2017, new members’ accounts cannot hold in excess of €30,000 and existing accounts can only hold a maximum of €50,000.

GR8 Savers Week encourages parents to talk to children about importance of money management. A new initiative is urging parents to talk to their children about the value of money and the importance of saving for the future.

In January, 57 new members chose to open accounts with us here in MPCC CU and 90 members took out loans. We are actively lending.

104 children on 26 teams from 6 local primary schools took part in our heat of the Credit Union School Quiz in Mungret St. Paul’s GAA Club. Teams from St. Paul’s, Ballybrown, St. Nessan’s, Crecora, Educate Together & Patrickswell took part. Well done to the teams from St. Nessan’s who won both categories.

In December, 29 new members chose to open accounts with us here in MPCC CU.
