Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update from MPCC Credit Union

Due to the recent Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, we have taken precautionary steps to ensure the health and safety of our members and staff.

At present, both our offices are open as usual and have various hand sanitizing stations at points of contact within the building. We are asking members who call into our offices to use the hand sanitizers provided. We are also regularly disinfecting counter areas.

We are closely monitoring the unfolding developments concerning the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are asking members who are ill not to visit us for risk of spread of infection.

Even if members’ symptoms are mild, they should stay at home and follow the advice as outlined by the HSE,

Below are suggested alternative options our members who are unable to come into our team in the building.


We are conscious that some Members may wish to avoid coming into our offices to carry out transactions.

Option 1:

I want to view my account online but I am not registered for Online Banking


(Please note it may take up to 5 working days for the arrival of your User ID & PIN in the post).


Option 2:

I want to carry out a transaction online and am registered for Online Banking.



Option 3:

I want to view my account online but have forgotten my PIN.

I want to lodge to my shares or make a loan payment to my account over the phone by debit card.

Option 5:
Transfer funds directly into the Credit Union from your bank account.

In the event of a Covid-19 incident preventing public access to our offices, please note that all electronic payments e.g. standing orders will be processed as normal. If the situation regarding Covid-19 directly impacts credit union staff, we will provide you with further updates.
