For members that are experiencing difficulty in meeting loan repayments as a result of the Covid-19 outbreak, we have designed an online contact form that can be completed & submitted remotely. This form is designed so that Members can request assistance if they are experiencing difficulty, so that we can work with them remotely to consider temporary, flexible repayment arrangements. Following submission of this form a member of our staff will be in contact by phone to discuss your personal circumstances, we will have facilities so that you can submit any documentation we may require to consider your application for a flexible arrangement.
The Covid-19 outbreak is a developing situation that we are monitoring closely. We will work with our members on an individual basis and offer solutions that best suit their circumstances.
